Our Story
Marlborough Manor Pool is a community pool located in the Marlborough Manor Subdivision at 2389 South April Street in Springfield, Missouri. We operate as a volunteer based organization with the membership making pool decisions. The Pool Board consists of 4 officers; a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, plus 2 Members-at-Large.
The Pool Association was formed by home owners in the neighborhood and began in 2003. The property that the pool is on was donated by Tom Kissee and construction started soon thereafter. Pool membership goes directly to the loan that was taken out for the construction of the pool. and annual dues cover the cost of normal maintenance and minor repairs.
